How much is delivery? Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you live outside the UK for more information about shipping to your country.

Is my order insured in case it is lost or stolen?

All our parcels are despatched by the Royal Mail. Those with value under £75 are shipped by Recorded Delivery, otherwise parcels will be despatched by the Royal Mail, "Special Deliver, 1pm Service" which has a basic insurance level up to £500.  For goods valued more than this, we will top up the insurance with the Royal Mail to cover up to a maximum of £2500. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If payment is received by 12.00 midday then we will aim to dispatch your order the next working day. Deliveries in the UK usually take 1-2 business days.

Can I choose between different courier services and delivery types?

No, goods will be despatched via Royal Mail.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When we ship your parcel by Royal Mail Special Delivery, you'll automatically receive an email with the tracking number. If you did not receive this email, then you can request your tracking number from our customer service.

What do I do if my parcel was not delivered?

In the case of the Royal Mail Special Delivery, you will be advised by themselves of the non-delivery. Further you will be able to track your parcel's whereabouts and organise collection or redelivery as appropriate.


In case that it happens that you are not fully pleased with your order, you can of course return your items within 14 days after receipt of the products.

This is how it works:

Step 1

Please send us an E-Mailcontaining your order code and date of order as well as your bank details.

Step 2

You will receive instructions on where to send your goods too and the estimated time it will take to refund your order.

Step 3

We will refund your order to your Paypal / bank account.


Other questions regarding returns and exchanges

Who pays the costs if I return an item?

This depends on the reason the product is returned. If the return is due to a problem with yourproducts that was our fault, then of course we will pay for the return shipping costs.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you have a 14-day trial period with your order. This is a legal obligation under Distance Selling Regulations (UK).

I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?

Of course. Please contact our customer service within the trial period, namely 15 days after receiving your order.

My product is not in perfect condition. How do I exchange it?

If this happens, please contact our customer service. They will help you exchange the product.

Whats happens if my products are liable to UKs hygiene regulation?

In the case of earrings, posts and scroll backs you will have to return an unworn product. We can't accept worn products of these categories due to our hygiene regulations.
