Should you not be delighted with your order, you can of course return your items within 14 days after receipt of the products.

Please send us an E-Mail containing your order code.
You will receive instructions on where to send your goods too and the estimated time it will take to refund your order.
We will refund your order to your Paypal / bank account.

Who pays the costs if I return an item?
This depends on the reason the product is returned. If the return is due to a problem with your products, then of course we will pay for the return shipping costs.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period with your order. This is a legal obligation under Online Selling Regulations (UK). In a case such as this, it would be yourself that pays return carriage.

I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?
Of course. Please contact our customer service within the trial period, namely 15 days after receiving your order.
My product is not in perfect condition. How do I exchange it?
In the unlikely case of this happening, please contact us, and we can exchange your purchase.
What happens if my products are liable to UKs hygiene regulation?
In the case of earrings, posts and scroll backs you will have to return an unworn product. We can't accept worn products of these categories due to our hygiene regulations.
